Broke the darn tool when I did mine. Used Kroil for several days too. When all was done the location did not work for me so I reversed the mirrors.

Classtique upholstery has a small tutorial on their website on this. I do what Oldbluoval does. They do make a flexible plastic material that I have also used. Check with an auto upholstery shop.

MMM I was under the impression there were NO Deluxe models in 1930. For what it's worth, our April 30 Tudor was deluxed at some point in it's life. When I reupholstered it last year I found nothing...

Agree with Chris. If time is an issue buy and install. I bought on of Ruppert's extreme duty units and love it. Water pump rebuilds become complicated with so many ways to do it and so many choices....

On my wheel I went with Krylon Fusion. I.5 years ago and no signs of coming off. Fusion is designed for plastics.

Any good auto body supply store. I needed a can of Lombard blue. Took my paint and finish guide and the guys were spot on.

I use the copper colored high temp grease used for disc brake work. Just checked my shop and I can't find the stuff to give you a name brand.
