WTB 26 27 ford roadster lower windshield frame

Zeke3 the pulley is longer then the end of the crankshaft.

The tube is loose in the end plate and the whatever oil, grease you put in there will leak out. braze or silver solider it back on. Use a new gasket and make sure the plate is not bent from over...

russcc never use On /Off on aluminum or any other bottom cleaner. It will eat away Aluminum !!!!!!

Never put aluminum in Mureatic acid. It will eat it away.

You must remove the part of the thread that is in there before you try to retap it . Google how to remove a broken pipe thread and retap the same. I've done quit a few in the past.

Yes, why are the red and neutral together. Shouldn't it be BK to WHT 120 vac, RD to WHT 120 VAC.. ?

You mentioned the pitman arm was powder coated. Maybe the hole needs to be cleaned out. JMO

Devcon steel V it out and grind the area around it a bit and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. you can even match the surface . JMHO

I have a 59 corvette and a 31 ford in NY when I get the 31 inspected I am told well it made it here and they put a sticker on it. The 59 corvette they check the lights,signals, tires, and wipers.
