wanted: 936 DOOR CHECKS

Hi,

I'm looking for a pair of original front door checks for my 1936 Ford.
Some rust is OK but original steel must be restorable. NO REPO's wanted.

The 1936 Club Cabriolet Trunk lid has 8 hollow circles on the inside lid.
Does anyone have a successful method of filling these in before paint?
Thanks, Bruce
