Need advise buying a 1930 model A coupe
I have an opportunity to buy a 1930 Mode A for $5000.00
It needs paint, interior, the usual rust and rot but not bad.
Original runs and drives. The question, is it worth it.

The early V8 35-36 book has lots of diagrams of patterns and material used
For Cabriolets and Club Cabriolets. It’s a good starting point.

There are all sorts of wood grain patterns.
It’s not like the original techniques of years ago but done right it’s amazing.

I agree fordwife, or find a company that make toilet paper that’s strong enough for the filter. It might work.
I don’t know how its use would work In the bathroom? Pretty rough stuff. Lol.

There are companies that can custom make hub caps but would need a
minimum of 50-200-200 at a time. One company comes to mind Hipwell Arden in the UK.
I haven’t seen a remanufactured Goodyear Air...

Get a 6” orbital sander, use 80 grit and sand it down to the metal.
It will take longer but there’s no warping involved and
you can’t make a mistake.
