I also bought upper and lower radiator hoses from the guy in the Netherlands without any issue. They fit perfect.

Clem - facing the same dilemma right now on my recently purchased 40 Merc. the bullet ends on the repo wiring harness I purchased are too small to properly connect to the original dash light dimmer...

recently bought a 40 Mercury Coupe from a friend and fellow Fordbarner. Heads are 81T and 99 is stamped on the front rail between the intake and head on the passenger side front of motor.

are 1940-1941 and 1946-1948 Original front brake drums/hubs interchangeable when using 1940 Ford wheels and 1940 Ford backing plates? I know 1940 had the hub mounted inside the drum and 1946-1948...
