I'll check out the link you provided, however the cap was supplied by Snyders, a 4 psi cap. I've had this tested and yes it is 4 psi as stated.

I receive a phone call at least once each week advising my internet will be terminated unless I respond by pressing 0. This is a goodcall for it keeps in my mind the venerability of being scammed....
