Clutch Adjusting Yoke

Bratton's sells this part number 11361 for $41.75. Has anyone experience using this? I'm finding about to bottom out on the lower end. What's your take?

My Cardiologist

My heart doctor said I need to drive a Model A Ford for 20 miles to get the same physical benefits I get from walking 2 miles !!
But, just 10 Model T miles -- same results.
