Unfortunately the unit is totally dead, no further testing on it possible. I'll probably stick with the tried and true units that have just a bulb in them.

the cover gaskets can be changed without removing the pulley, as well as the crankshaft gaskets, as they are made up of two rope seals. one in the timing cover, the other in the front of the oil pan.

as tom said the goose neck you have its for a 30-31 as the radiator on those is taller. using the shorter neck will eliminate that bend you have in the upper hose.

4 cans satin green, 6 cans satin black. After 2 weeks in 70 degree weather I buffed it out with rubbing compound. As far as my arms they were fine, now my trigger finger on the other hand........
