what upper shock brackets are you using? F1 ? or the after market ones that replace the shocks with a tower

35 1 1/2 ton truck rear gears

looking for a set of gears or a rear axle (preferred) to help get this truck moving better. After looking in parts book looks like a 5.14 ratio was offered. anybody have any suggestions?

start with 1 1/2 turns out from a gentle seating--just did two 94's and never moved the screws after firing up

I sandblast the inside of harley/davidson tanks all the time, then we use por 15 kit to redo, have never had any problem. I also do this with all my restoration tanks-probably 20 tanks so far and...

air bubbles? change bowl gasket or rebuild pump/check valves, there is an air leak or the check valves are not working correctly. do a volume check

I have seen those holes and the slots drilled/ground to fit 5/16" drill bits, I would prefer you use the drill bit as they last a long time

just took apart an 8ba today, nasty mess, valves are the hardest part about tearing one down, they do require a special tool to pull out the valve keepers and a couple of special tools to remove the...

If you look close you will see where the weld seem is on drakes tank, a little removal of materiel on each end enables the tank to go in--don't forget to seal up the ends you trimmed

I used the wooden cribbing for 25,000 fork lifts so yes they work well, in fact I kept a pair that I still use today for my old Fords. You can get a high lift floor jack that will lift it high...

CHINA--that is where most of the repro parts are made and they could care LESS, they still get there money before the product is shipped. This also applies to just about anything from china, drugs...
