Rubber U Joint seal

Has anyone used one of the rubber seals on your clam shells? Does it work well and where do you get them?

Having driven Model A's for over 60 years I shift by ear and don't use the clutch. Never an issue with grinding. I use the clutch for starting and stopping. This is something I learned as a teenager...

With a 4 post how do you adjust brakes? Repack wheel bearings? Do suspension work? Rotate tires? A 2 post lift is your best option.

I have replaced the timing gear on the side of the road with nothing but couple of end wrenches, hammer, and screwdriver. Certainly not the correct way but it got me home.
