My ball cap does not leak. I installed it with original gaskets and cork seal.

When in turns the teeth will be side loaded against the worm gear. You will not feel the clearance. No need to . Everything is working as it should. This makes for a near zero movement when...

A BFH to the threads. If you want to save the pins run a nut down them until flush on end of pin.

Eagle yes it is so easy. Just listen to your engine and get a feel for how it’s running. No given spec will work. Each engine will have it’s sweet spot.

I have a waffle manifold. No warpage . I leave it on the year around but remove the housing in the summer.
