I had the same problem a few years ago. An old mechanic told me to squirt some P B Blaster in each spark plug hole and let it sit for a few days. I started it up and haven't had a valve problem since.

Maybe I got lucky, but I bought one last year from Early Ford V8 Sales, Inc. They are in Piedmont S. Carolina. It was for my '30 coupe and it fit like a glove and looks great.
