Same lifters were run together so we’re matched
Not an ignition wizard but had good results with the crab dist and used 12v worked good...

I don’t know how much the lumpy cam maybe smoothed out by a heavy flywheel but I have a Weber aluminum with a Harmon Collins cam, sound is fantastic with tube headers, iron probably muffles a bit....

Hand clutch stuck, found a crank & it turned easily considering
Temptation to check for spark & oil, twist the tail see what happens

Sale I went to, plan on going back and think this is A motor but maybe B?
Power unit with hand clutch & pulley but imagine can use for car.

Have a KRW valve facing tool,
Runs, the cable drive needs work and the bicycle tube sewed belt may not be too permanent

For what it’s worth, this is my rear tires seen in the middle photo is the lines where The 2” was added Outside to make a 6” wheel. Adequate for a 700 I think, test mounted on the 4” and it looked...

My 1 ton as I remember has a 7.5” 6 lug Split rim,
The picture with 650 tire probably the rim is the max for wide 5 Stock, 4.5”width
Research I had done,
I believe the 3/4 ton pickup has extra...

Far as I know, 60hp car 3.5 width, most cars 4”, pickup and Mercury 4.5”
I had some widened 2”, to fit 750 tires

As I Rember there were 6 lugs on 7 1/2” bolt circle so oddball no real way to get a good rear under it and retain the cool hubcaps
So will research and share if I find a solution

It is a 39, may try a modern overdrive trans, after looking into Somehow modifying a later rear to use the same wheels/hubcaps.

A buddy got this from the Rochester area as a basket case was told it was a 60 hp wrecker ( 1 ton 60 ...why??) excellent sheet metal no motor but some included
We restored with a 8BA and a 39 granny...

It is $.80 more at kwikfill in west ny but I have seen it a couple of times on my way back to or inWilliamsport. There is a big difference in go and mileage

I understood the passage has to be kept open, gasket also aligned, to provide run-back of oil as well as venting up torque tube so wheel seals will not leak.
