Re: Anybody else quit Ebay because of fees and tax?

What riles me up lately is the practice of sellers posting in their ad "item location: Petaluma, CA (or city/state of your choice) and 2-3 day delivery and you end up getting it 2 weeks later...

Re: Manifold Gland Rings

 I can think of no modern application where 4 bolts hold both the exhaust and intake manifolds in the center and leave the end (with no support) to hold up the weight of the muffler and...

A9440 GLAND RINGS
THESE RINGS GO IN THE EXHAUST PORTS TO HELP WITH MANIFOLD GASKET LEAKAGE. WE RECOMMEND THAT ONLY THE 1ST AND 4TH HAVE THESE...

Re: Fallow up on balance beads

Thanks for the follow up. I had the same results after I installed the balance beads. Now if I could just get the rest of the car to stop vibrating.

Using the clippers was a good idea....

Re: U-Joint Inner Cap

Re: Front License Plate Hitting Radiator

They don't seem use Trim Coil in this area. All the Box stores say "Not Available in your area" or something to that effect. Maybe because most of our houses don't use "aluminum siding"?

But...

Re: Over Fill Oil

I don't...

Re: Persistent Leaky Fuel Shutoff Valve

I understand what you are saying. But if you angle the handle up it hardly can be seen. I have had one for years with NO problems.

I honestly can not see how Bratton's can warranty their stock...

Re: vibrates when backing up

Re: Anyone Ever Built or Even Seen, An Original type Greasing Pit?

Yes, outlawed. That's why you don't see them in muffler shops anymore. Heavier than air gases tend to collect in them... Acetylene, propane, carbon dioxide, etc. Not a good thing.

Re: Devastating Blow

They most certainly DO in California. You also need to demonstrate hand signals to the inspector before taking your driving test. My son just took his test(s) last year.

My son and his buddies...
