cast iron you retorque when engine is hot, use copper gaskets the best, always soak with copper gasket sealant, several good coats till dripping, make sure head studs are sealed with permetex white...

I did mine on a rottler 3 axis machine...flathead didn't fit in regular head machine. I made a guide tool to go down valve guide hole so it would go straight in.
