OK, thanks. This motor is in a 53 F100 and it has the wider belts on it but I guess it would have the same bearing/shaft assembly as the cars.

I discovered top of the fan pulley on my 53 8BA is cocked about an eighth of an inch toward the radiator. Am I right in thinking it being that far out of plum might throw the belt? I know Vanpelts...

If I remember right, didn't they used to make 18mm adapters the 14mm plugs would screw into. I had a flathead Harley that had them. I pretty sure.

Larry, since you live in Tulsa, you might want to check out Mar-k pickup beds in Okla. City. They are close enough for you to drive and pick up and save a bunch on shipping cost.
