Water Pump - Impeller to shaft end dimension

Does anybody out there in the Ford Barn Vapors know what the dimension from the water pump impeller to the end of the shaft should be? is it to be measued to the recessed area where the thrust washer...

I believe the bolt pattern diameter is 10.375". making the radius 5.1875". Each pair of holes are 32 degrees apart.
