Well I received the UPI 32 lower grill shell lower pan. Dimensionally it will fit the 34 shell, but as Mike stated the crank hole is different, that will be easier to fix than fabricating from...

Mike, thanks for the pics., should be getting the pui piece this week and will see if it fits. Think I might be able to cut in the crank holes, first thing is the fit.
