you have a Borg Warner T9 , the last year they used it was 1951 as standard equipment, 1952 only is the only one that is a 4 speed syncromesh in second,third and forth, 1953 is different as the rear...

Those are date codes, the letter is the year and 12 is December, I do not have the list, you would have to check with a V8 Judge, I have had people contact me over the yrs, for certain date codes...

Pr 1940 Ford front hubs & drums

Pr front hubs with bearings & useable drums, these have the correct 5 1/2 " bolt circle studs, someone had drilled another set of holes with 4 1/2" bolt circle for 1949 Ford type wheels, no pictures...

pr. used 1952/53 Mercury EAC cylinder heads, these are the highest compression stock flathead heads, the #1 cylinder on right side has slight rust under side of head, NO SHIPPING date code April...

make sure your 8CM is 1951-53, the hole at the rear of the crankshaft on a 49-50 is not large enough for the front hub of the torque converter on an automatic trans

use a Harley Davidson switch, they are 1/8 pipe thread, same as early Ford, they come on as soon as you touch the pedal
