Look at your studs in the drum and make sure they are flat against the inside of the hub that is where they rub. or you might need to shim the hub out. that is real common.

it is a two piece splash apron, the nose part is part of the fender . unlike the 28-29 or late 30- 31 that are one piece from front to back.

just put some protection on the nut plates like a good bear metal primer. when the top material is installed you will never see them again until you remove the top material.

they use hollow rivets similar to hood handle rivets but a different size. I just mounted some up last week. Art if you need some rivets let me know, I have the correct size.

yes the four 1/4" fine threaded screws with lock washers are correct and are black the four 1/4-20 oval head screws on top of the fenders, two go down through the frame and the front two go down...
