I have 411 rear in my 40 coupe with a Columbia 2 speed, in direct drive the tach is reading 2950 rpm at 60 mph. In overdrive it reads 2000 rpm if that helps anyone.

Sorry for the confusion, these are for a 40 ford and overall length is 32.85 inches part number is 81A-4235 fits 38-41 banjo rear. Thanks

The latch is the same just the holes are a different pattern and bigger. So you should be OK, if you need a pattern I have a 40 lid hanging on the wall.
