Re: Speedway Vintage Wheels
Wait......what?
Wheel Smith wheels won’t take stock hubcaps?
I knew Wheel Vintiques would not, but not Wheel Smith. Bummer!

Anyone Repro This Part?
I have one but stored it away so well that I can’t find it!
I was thinking United Pacific did, but can’t find it on their site.
(Thanks to Michael Driskell for this pic off his E site.)

Re: 40 Ford windnoise
Thanks!
Those DO fit up nice. I think that my door glass rises at an angle, creating the gap.
I’m not ready right now to pull the window frames and door panels to elongate the left mechanism...

KUBE may have some input on that...

Re: value on a 34 ford deluxe coupe
FWIW, I just sold a comparable(?) complete (less engine and trans) 33 coupe for $20K.
A lot of variables, though. What is good on yours might have been lacking on mine, and vice-versa.

Re: 40 heater head plumbing
Rather than cutting and inserting the nipple in the lower rad. hose, can you not use the truck pump (Drake) with the threaded outlet in the body?

Re: 40 heater head plumbing
Thanks for the responses.
I'll go with one temp sender driver side, and the heater feed pass. side.

40 heater head plumbing
I'm working on installing a 40 heater in my flathead 40 coupe.
One of the problems I 've run into is the head outlet, or lack of one.
Both heads only have one threaded outlet per head, and both...
