I think the horns on the Belgium car were removed when it was painted and never reinstalled.

Here is one in France.Helping the owner sort out gas gauge issues.Sold new in Belgium,spent many yrs in Switzerland also.I need 4 orig rivets to replace those ugly screws holding that plaque...
