Am I correct on this. I guess this is strictly and overdrive and does nothing for synchro if it is using the standard trans.

I really was looking for synch and od, but don't want to pay 4k...

Do the rear radius rods have to be altered?

Is the unit fully upshift and downshift synchronized in all gears?

Does this unit eliminate the transmission?

Does anyone have a set of instructions as to what is needed to install rich's unit?

Does Rich provide the cut driveshaft, bell housing brackets etc., or does he just ship the trans?

How many of you are using Rich's Volvo overdrive. Is it just a OD or is it also a syhcro?
