I use 1 oz of Bell Ethanol Defense per 5 gals of gas and carb stays clean as a whistle and car runs and idles great.

29 Roadster won't idle all the way down

My roadster is running fine but when I come to a complete stop the engine does not idle all the way down. If I put my toe under the accelerator pedal and pull it back it then idles all the way down....

Ronn has the RIGHT idea. If it ain't broke ---- DON'T fix it. I have my car registered and insured in WV with an original 1929 plate. Drive it all around town here in FL with no problems.

I want to order one for my 29 Roadster - 6V. Just looked at the site and it didn't look like there was a diffent one for 6V vs 12V? Am I missing something or will it work on 6 or 12...

40 is pleanty for me. I want to enjoy the scenery and be confident I can avoid any road issues. I stay off 4 lane roads and 65 MPH traffic as much as possible..

FWIW I use ebay and have pretty good luck. I have NOT sold anything as big as an engine. I always sell the various components. I usually start with a very low starting bid and use the PO boxes...
