Once again I think I’m making it more complicated than it is. In reading threads & asking questions I think I’m mixing up what I need for stock Lockheed rear brakes & the The Bendix type conversion....

I’m using the ‘37-‘41backing plates & rear hubs to use with Lockheed rear brakes. Should I order the seals, bearings, key & snap rings for the ‘37-‘41 & will it fit the ‘35 banjo rear axles?

Thx guys! So I’ll pull out the radio / speaker box & go w new speakers connected per new Stereo radio instructions! Case is very cool with the big Ford script across the front as is the old tube type...

Noticed a stainless steel sleeved ‘39-‘48 master cylinder & not much more than regular w/o SS sleeve. Sounds like a smart thing to do on a vehicle driven only a 1000 mile or so annually. Thoughts?

Tom urs looks great! Actually the pic of mine has big & smalls. Went with modern tires sizes & mounted up to my wires fine. Speedway has reverse eye spring for $85. It’s cheap enough I might get it....

Think I just realized & am lucky. The hubs I have must be 40-41’s as they still have the studs pressed in with the swedge marks above threads Tim talks about.

Checked early Ford Store & found what they call pair of drums kit ( includes correct studs to use on hubs). Created another question. EFS note on kit says must use 40- 42 hubs, I thought 40 to 48...
