Well I finally found the serial number on the frame and engine and they match, I do have a hole going through the bock for the gas linkage, I am assuming they changed the throttle linkage because...

The accelerator is on the steering column, here is a better picture of the linkage, the rod with the red arrow pointing to it looks home made and it is broken, would like to know whats its called so...

Is there a hydraulic throwout bearing that will fit a model A 3 speed transmission.
I'm building a Doodlebug with a John Deere LA tractor engine and the LA clutch arm just doesn't seem beefy enough...

It is John Deere LUC motor off a 12A combine the motor was also used an the L and LA tractors, on the motor there is a clutch off an LA tractor then an adapter I made to marry the Model A 3 speed...

I have this 3 speed transmission sitting in my garage and the main drive gear is smaller than the main drive gear in my doodlebug project. What do each of these fit, just curious.
Top one is 1-1/8"...
