Re: Observation: sediment bowl seal

Just open up the nut at the carb end a tiny bit and let the fuel flow for about 2-3 seconds and that will push out the air.

Not too sure how long the inner tube will last.

Re: Shop lighting

I agree with denn.

For those of you looking for a bright garage, you need to look at T5's from HD or Amazon.

Re: Shop lighting

I looked at installing led's but went with T-5 High Output lamps. Only because the lumen output was higher.

Yes, they will use more electricity but the brightness was my priority.

repairing running board hole help

I had a hole in my rubber on the running board. I repaired the hole with JB Weld.

Does anyone know of a brush-on or spray that will make the JB rubberized like the running board, and look smooth?...

Re: LED Headlights

My right light just started to flicker. I swapped led's from right to left and the right side still quickly flickers.

I can not find anything wrong.

Re: Kudos to snyders

I have always thought of Snyders as a first-class act.

The way they talk to you on the phone, the way they ship, the way they do the paperwork, the way they handle returns, the quality of product.

Re: which radiator

I put a Bergs radiator in and could not be happier.

100 degree temps at 60 mph for a long period and I stay between 180-190. And it fit right in.

Re: 1931 Coupe Banger Project

I am currently running a 6.1 Snyder head.

Would I notice a sizable difference in going with a 7.1 head?

If so, would the difference be top end, or quicker take-off?
