The price is mostly in quality. . . which translates to how long it will hold up under use.
The HF scaler is a fine scaler for the occasional project. If you are using it "a lot" you will wear it...

I have over 30,000 miles on my clear cap and it keeps on going. It has a visible "line" that may be a crack but it runs outward from the center contact and since there is no stress it hasn't changed...

I grew up on 2 post and love them but decided on a four post in my 36x48.
1-i can move the 4 post around, even with a vehicle on it, as projects change.
2-I didn't have to drill holes in my floor....

I stood them upright in my parts washer and scrubbed them out using a toilet brush with an aluminum angle handle extention.
The brushh I used had a lip brush that worked fantastic at cleaning out...

On small dings and dents (like hail dents) I have had success using heat and cold.
Heat the area around the dent. I use hair dryers, paint strip guns or butane torches depending on the material...
