New front leaf spring and shackles,along with good spring perchs will make a difference.
Make sure cross member is not cracked or broken.

I had a few manifold pipes made a few years back. Any muffler shop can make them. They came in handy when you needed a pipe off the manifold to test run a motor.

That is a late B Truck block. Engine mount pad. Balanced crank. Notice the oil line hook up on lower rear corner.

I bought a good deal of parts from Garths online auction on the 13th. For the seller I do Not recommend them. Most items went for 50-75% Below value.

That's great to hear. Oily intake port....on the compression stroke when the valve starts to close,some excess oil in the cyl. Is pushed or sucked back into the intake port. Why?... weak valve...

I don't think a hotter plug is going to make a difference. A original style 3x plug maybe?

If the port is crusty it's had a problem for a long time. Ring is probably broke.

Rear floor drain. Also,when you checked the compression on #4 and it was good like the other cylinders. Did you have the plug out in #3 at the same time?

Just for a simple test....park it on that hill facing Downhill over night. When you start it up and drive it,if the plug doesn't fowl , then your oil drain hole in the valve chamber is restricted. ...
