Smile Trqnsmissions casting numbers

I have three numbers for possibly 39 ford transmissions, can anyone tell me if and what these numbers on the castings are for ? are they 39 or other years ,.Thanks so much

Could any one tell me what the Compression be in a 34 V/8, and if the motor should be warm when the Comp. test is performed, thanks guys.. RS :)
