The 40 and 68 should have the same curve. The 11A is fastest and slightly more.

Ford did not make an aluminum cam timing gear for the 60HP, but don't give up since there were a lot of other manufactures of the gears. Contact Fred at Southside obsolete he has shelfs of cam gears.

That ball appearing end of the pump nozzle may be just a cap to close the end of the nozzle. The nozzle bars are on both sides of the pump discharge nozzle.

As a wild guess it is a Canadian part number for the 1940 large truck, aluminum piston, with 3 1/16" bore, 4 ring, with 0.030" oversize.

Look at the Club Cabriolet convertible from 36 on and the slightly later convertibles up to the war and even after. You get two doors and seating for 4.

I have the jewelers torch from Mico and the slightly larger torch also Mico. Like them both. I too vote for a rebuild of your existing equipment. Maybe new tips will help performance.

The early glass bowl fuel pumps used fittings with brass ferrells as did all the early V8 Ford pumps prior to the war. The later style have NPT threads. I am not aware of any flare fittings

This is the accessory 36 horn. The shock fill plugs are up and the rear shock body is inside the frame with the arm on the outside.

Most likely came out of a multi conductor cable. Insulation got deformed in the bundling of the wires to form a cable.

There are two slightly different speaker grills, one is early. One of the difference is the location of the mounting pins. If you have your old grill, that fits, check it out.
