Thanks. Trying Bert's for now. Then will look for my originals which may have been forgotten and left at the nickel plating shop 6 months ago...Or in a box of stuff somewhere.

I am looking for the pair of original nickel plated 5/16-18 thread special bolts to buy (or a picture of what they look like) that hold the folding top iron to the mid-bow metal landau...

The new standards rev 2016 page G16 refer to mid 1930 Cabriolets are like 1929's and the door latch is nickel plated and also the plunger.

These are riveted to metal connectors over to the door...

Thanks all. I have them working fine now and they are the correct original brackets for the car. It is my floor that is wrong and it should be curved. That replacement project will be for another day.

The lid does fit and shut perfect. I think it is the aftermarket rubber being a bit big or I have installed it incorrectly?

Here is a picture of the rumble seat rubber on the lower bracket. It only hits on a tiny bit on the top edge, so I was thinking it needs to be trimmed so the rubber hits on the back of the seat metal...

If you can't open the rumble seat lid because you don't have a key and it was shut and locked, you might be able to take the front seat out, climb back into the rumble seat area, bend the holding tab...

Yes, I was generalizing. You can add fluid, but they don't leak, so it is "sort of" sealed? They can be adjusted for winter, summer. I like the look and feel...

If you want some excellent shocks that look close to original, but are sealed and very well made, consider Stipe Shocks at the link below. I had mine tested and they came very close to original...
