This radiator has been set up for a flathead V-8 with 2 inlet and 2 outlet pipes. Looks to be a original tanks and straps, no warranties on core, may need rescoring.

31 Late Gas Tanks
I have 2 of these tanks. They appear to be in good shape , I would recommend you have them hot tanked and line just do to age. One has had a patch on the bottom done by a radiator shop years ago....
