The frame number, if original, will indicate the build date of the frame.

Clever fabrication. The repos were close, but the mounting holes are off, and a 1/2 inch shorter than the OEM.
Turned out good.

Wonder if the hinges are OEM, or not. I have several sets of originals. Seems like a logical starting point to me.

The glass dimensions should be the same.
The hinge can be distorted at either end from being hammered apart.
Possibly, the hinge is loosened from a deteriorated header.
