While I don't know what a "dicky/rumble seat" is. I do have a1936 cabriolet with a rumble seat and it has a hole the size of a quarter on bottom of each side of the rear pan where you have the rust...

I just found this thread on the metal piece used on your roadster. Do you or anyone have pictures of the metal piece application on a 1936 Cabriolet?

1935/36 rumble seat Bracket Pivots

I am looking for the pivot piece that the rumble seat bracket pivots on and is bolted to the uprights in the back of and inside the trunk on a 35/36 Ford .
Other years [ may ] fit.

I am almost at the point of driving the car but I have a few bugs to clear up and then get that spare tire assembly completed. I put 15 inch tires on and had to make an adapter to accept the smaller...

I have been looking high and low for that 1936 Ford Spare Tire mount pad.
I Called Sacramento and they told me they only have the earlier one.
If you find one PLEASE let me know where you get it....

I am finally getting around to putting the spare tire and metal shell on to my 1936 Ford Cabriolet I have a 600/ 16 tire. I can't believe how difficult it is to get the outside ring on the big round...
