Im thinking I might pull the hoses and water pumps, make a couple of blank off plates and just doing the block by itself......MY radiator still looks nice and clean through the filler neck...

How long should the vinegar be left in AND does that go for the Radiator too?? OR remove the hoses and block off the block?

Did you use it in conjunction with any cleaner/flush type product?? I would assume it would work best to fill the system with water and drive it to get it to operating temperature THEN...

I need to FLUSH out the cooling system. The radiator was cleaned and checked about 2-1/2 years ago BUT overt the last two years I noticed that my coolant was getting more "brown" than staying...

Isn't that why the EFV8 club has Concours, Touring & Rouge classes? Doesn't touring fit the bill for what you are saying......Allowing for certain "modern day" parts, adaptions etc...

Perhaps the "tale" told of the "33 block" (as installed at the factory) is MORE believable (for me) IF said B400 had been assembled "overseas" as opposed to here in the USA and "exported". Obviously...

There is NO need to "shorten" the shaft on the water pump IF you have the 33-34 short snout water pump. You can get a complete rebuild kit including a new empeller from Renner's...

ALSO check the vacuum hose "supplying" the wiper motor from under the hood, you will most likely find it cracked and leaking THUS "NO" wipers....you might replace that hose before you try the wipers...
