A pretty easy crime to solve for a rookie police person. Review the video, trace the plate and go knock on the door. Citation for leaving scene of an accident and judge orders restitution.

Must be the road surface. My results are exactly opposite. My Firestones on four cars wore out very fast. I changed all to Goodyear’s.

Yes and the choice is yours! But I must say I have never seen a wheel wrapped in mini rope. Good luck and enjoy.
