We have a winner!
Jacksonlll’s advise about the fuel line being too long was dead on.
Car was driven 25 miles without the assistance of the electric pump.

Fuel delivery was tested and ruled out. Carb was exchanged with a carb from another good running car with same results. As soon as I can work on the car, I will check the fuel line to make sure it...

Gravity works here also. Electric pump was just an idea that solved the problem.

‘31 loses power on a hill. Turn on electric fuel pump and engine picks up. Switched carbs with a known good one and same problem.
Anybody have any suggestions.
