1949 ford f1 front brake drums

I heard a rumour that rear brake drums from a 1986 Ford F-150 are a replacement for my 1949 front drums. Anyone else try this

King pin kit

Hi guys
I bought a king pin kit from Rockauto and I tried to test fit the bushing on the pin buy hand and cannot even get it started. Are they normally that tight.

I have a 8 foot box being made. The Front from what I understand is the front fenders on the f68 have a wider opening. That's why I got a whole f100 front fenders. The rears will also be for a...

I will be keeping it a long box. But putting all the 1/2 ton fenders on it. I also have a 1/2 ton axle going in for the rear end
