Any tips on replacing the elastic in fabric door pockets? My interior is in excellent condition except the door pockets.

‘29 CCPU vs. ‘29 Fordor 60B Driver Comfort

I know they’re both tight but how do they compare? I recently lost my ‘29 CCPU and a ‘29 Fordor 60B basket case in the recent California fires. The Fordor was my first car and I drove it all through...

Re: Ca. Fire photo

We lost everything last Thursday. Home, shop, cars and our 29 CCPU. We are truly blessed. Family and pets made it out with our motor home. We are safe. So much destruction, so much suffering. It’s...

Re: Canopy top for pickup bed

I gathered every photo I could find of various canopys. I combined several ideas I liked and came up with my own design. I've really enjoyed my canopy. It draws a lot of attention.

Re: pickup Bed Rack Plans

The canopy I built draws a lot of attention. I saved every photo I could find, either new or old, and came up with a design I liked. Whether you want a rack, side rails or a canopy, they're all easy...

Re: new radiator reviews

I went with Bert's in Colorado. They set up original tanks with their 4 row core. Perfect fit and no more heating issues.

Re: Leg room 29 CCPU

I too am 'big boned' and driving my 29 CCPU is always an adventure. Once you get your entry/exit technique refined it's not too bad. Driving is a bit cramped. Not the best vehicle for extended...

Re: Spot Welds on '29 CC Pickup Bed

I may be wrong but I believe my 29 CCPU bed is riveted, with no spot welds. I can go check if no one else pipes in.
