Terry,OH, I just looked at the green ford book, page 87. I don't see the plate in the 33/34 parts diagram.

Does the 33/34 use the flat plate with small tab? My 33 does not have this plate.

Is the cardboard divider on some of these switches there to protect from cable arc?

The brakes are fine on your 33, as long as everything is in good shape, they will slide the tires if all is good.

Re: Distributor Installation 40 V8

Cut the heads off of 3 bolts, use these studs as guides, remove caps, slide distributor on studs, turn rotor until it falls into slot. You can try it several times, and test the feel of when it drops...

Has anyone purchased a set of Kearney 32-36 heads recently from H&H flatheads? Dennis said they were Kearney, is someone making them again?
