Del in ne Ohio I was a member of five points in 1957-58 we met in Chuck Fishers barn.Chet Mott was penn Ohio president.I later help start keystone chapter.those were the good old days.

We used brake fluid to black tires in the early 1950s.that was part of the detailing of used cars at the local Ford dealer where I worked.

Mine has stayed Dry for over thirty years or 20000 miles. I always grease O rings so they last longer.

i have had the same whistle on my 29 for over 50years and it still works very good.one thing would need to do is glue the spinner in tight it is a sort of a slide fit and they will fall out..I lube...

How about a head with a B on top you would get higher compression and made by Ford .

About sixty years ago I used 49-50 Mercury wheels on my thirty coupe.they looked real good at the time not sure how wide they were.

If you are using shock fluid switch to 90 gear oil.it has been in my shocks for over forty years with no leaks and the ride is real good.had a fellow in our a club rebuild them when I restored my car...

They were real Ford accessory And I have looked for years for a set and never found any,the tube type tire gauge with Ford script in it is very rare have only ever seen two in my 65 years playing...

On my 29 the tires hit the doors the old Firestone’s were very close ,so there is no room for covers,they sure looked good to.
