My valley cover does have a baffle, I went from the side mounted draft tube to the one that discharged out the back of the block.

The part you see there is from National Parts Depot, I'm sure you've heard of them. The part number is T-6758 it costs $24.95 with tax. It just sits where the old draft tube does ans screws right...

Here is an idea I came up with for my 292 cu in y-block. I was told if I didn't want to pull the intake to mock up the valley cover to accept the rubber grommet and the valve was to run a inline PCV...
