looking for 1930 splash shields

Im wanting to reuse my orignal splash shields but the part that meets the running boards is rusted and deteriorated. Is there any parts available to repair that edge?

Any ideas? new fenders and running boards but the rear fenders are narrower than the boards

I have the front and rear fenders mounted and they fit pretty well. the problem now is that the rear fenders where they meet the rear of the running board are not correct. the fenders are .5 inches...

Im installing my body onto the frame. what goes between the blocks and the frame and between the blocks and the body. I have rubber shims and asphalt welting but not sure what goes where.

ok im feeling a little better now. i was thinking i was headed for $$$$ with no other options. the center main bearings are much better than the rear bearing.yes i will only be driving limited amouts

ive dissembled my Model A engine. sad to fine it in worse shape than i thought i would fine. here are a few pics of the rear bearing area. whats your opinion on what is my best repair options now?
