I've had good luck with Centerforce clutches. Dual friction. It's a centrifical clutch. They have lots of different combos, maybe one to fit your truck.

Remove the arm (bar) and repair the hole (braze or weld) so it just fits over the flat sides of the stud. Looks like the stud is okay??? but I can't tell from the picture. When the arm is put back...

My understanding is that none of the Ford sedans up to the 60's had any factory shrouds. Trucks are a different story as are Tbirds.. You will have to go to an aftermarket unit or fab one yourself....

Yes - the whole thing need lubrication. There are specialty greases out there but something like white lithium grease should do it. I have used AGS KABLE-Ease Cable Lubricant that I got from Amazon...

I use RTV on the valve cover. I apply a thin coat on the cover, apply the gasket and then turn the cover over and let it set. No problems removing and reinstalling
