I have been with Haggerty for about 15 years ( drivers club top level ) and had a number of tows classic cars and regular cars never a problem.
I also have AAA because my wife wants it!

I get mine from brattons but all the vendors sell it. I think it's 140 weight modern, someone will correct me if I am wrong.

I did have engine rebuilt by Aer 6 years ago and yes it was a insert but quality work. I sold the car 2 years ago.

I have a 31 sports coupe restored by the PO O(top is good) but info is always helpful. I like these cars or I would have not bought one. A nice mix between a convertible and one that looks like one

My 2 cents I have worked on 40's 50's mopars (Dodge Plymouths) for many years and have got a . Lot of vehicle's running by cleaning the points with a point file. Ok not a Model A but a similar...

My horn worked fine on my 31 coupe, sounded good on 6v but was louder on 12v, no idea of the amps but they seem to work with whatever you throw at them.

I think some people run without air filters. I had a air maze filter, Changed filter when needed and never had a problem. I feel that the filter helps keep carb clean.

I can deal with the heat just getting a little older and want to spoil myself.
If I played golf I would want A/c in my golf cart. Which is why I like bowling it has A/c it's close to the bathroom...

The replies echo what I was thinking that there would not be much of a advantage in a open car.I guess I just wanted confirmation, but good point about cabriolet windows, something to think about.

I sold my coupe a while back and thinking about another car, maybe a open car possibly a phaeton. However being a new transplant to Texas I find it is hot and I may need to install a/c and wondering...

I had a full flow on my 3 2 coupe with inset bearings nd it worked well but ran it for about 800 miles w/o a filter no problem. Sold car last year so can't say anymore.

Sold my 31 coupe about 18 months ago said I was done with old cars getting old 68+.
It guess I have a addiction problem thinking about another Model A either a phaeton or a PU.
