Re: Turkey Day but The Hawks Are Out There
I have often thought that a lot more people would reply to Wanted Ads if those posting the ads would state what they are prepared to pay for a part in the condition they are looking for. Sellers...

Re: 31 coupe windshield brackets
I've seen them done both ways, but believe that the way shown in your picture is correct. Are there any clues (rust) on your pieces?

Re: Early V8 axle under Model A front end
Much of this is incorrect, in that 1935-36 axles are identical to 1933-34. The method of spring mounting differs between those years but there is no difference in the axles themselves. 1932 axles...

Re: Early V8 axle under Model A front end
You are correct. Also the kingpin spacing is the same. As well, axles from 1933 to 1936 are all identical. 1932 axles have a thicker, heavier cross section but otherwise also have the same spacing...

Re: Front Axle Fasteners
In case you're not aware, as well as the difference in diameter of the backing plate to spindle bolts, the spacing of the 4 bolts is also different between the Model A spindles and the later...

Re: Coupe I.D. challenge
You guys nailed it, good job.
As far as the wheels/Hubcaps on the Model A go, I don't think that in the original thread they reached a conclusion as to what's there.
