Thanks for the help. I installed the CS751 points. gapped them to .020. Then ran the engine and it ran great. I now have a blue spark over 1/2 inch long. I'm not sure what caused or fixed the problem.

stalling when stopping follow-up

I just got back from a test ride and the problem is gone. I did what you guys suggested:
1. Filed the carb and intake manifold Flat,
2Took the fuel bowl off and cleaned the screen flow was fine....
