It's been replaced by the PCV valve, on most newer engines.

One more thing about identifying F-150 wheels is that in 1997 Ford
quit useing tapered lug nuts on the F-150, so if you see some
F-150 wheels that look like they might fit the 5.5" bolt circle, But...

Ford changed the F-150 bolt circle beginning in 1997.
It was changed from 5.5" TO 5.31".
You Can't tell one from the other by the naked eye.:(

1982-1990 Bronco II used a 5x4.5" bolt circle wheel.
The small Ranger pickups used that same wheel for most years too.

In 1997 F-150's went to 5 x 5.31" bolt circle, and it's very hard to tell that
